From the start of Oscar's involvement in the project, he was very professional, committed and dependable, which was critical for me as PM. There were countless times when you exceeded what was expected of you in terms of ensuring wider collaboration and understanding across the wider team and taking more of a leadership role. Oscar knowledge and experience in UX and service design ensured this project was truly user driven and that the best possible service was design in the  timescales available. As a result we have already had positive feedback from multiple segments of our user base on how easy the service was to navigate.
